These Smartwatches Went Viral on TikTok... But Which Ones Are Gamechangers and Which Ones Are Overhyped?
By Lexy Pinkerton
(The Wired Guide) - Unfortunately, staying consistent with healthy decisions is challenging. Nothing helps me more than a great smartwatch, but I’ve found that many just don’t live up to the hype and end up collecting dust on my nightstand. At the end of the day, if I don’t love a watch, I won’t wear it every day—and if I don’t wear it every day, it’s not helping me live my happiest, healthiest life.
It was time to find a smartwatch I truly loved. With so much noise out there, I turned to TikTok to see if I could find real-life testimonials about smartwatches that actually worked. TikTok has always been a great place to find genuine reviews from real people.
Here are the top five trending smartwatches on TikTok. I took the time to try each one out—here’s what I found.
Let’s get started…
Ease of Use: 95%
Battery Life: 100%

The two-week battery life is no joke—I wore my Spade & Co Health Smartwatch 4 every day and only needed to charge it a couple of times a month for about an hour. We even found a link that gave us a 50% discount on the Spade & Co smartwatch!
It was incredibly user-friendly—easy to set up, and simple to navigate, and all the apps were very intuitive. The core health apps accurately tracked my step count, calories burned, heart rate, and sleep cycles, which was so motivating! Every day, I naturally wanted to exercise just a little more.
The wrist-calling feature was also super cool and a nice bonus. On top of that, the watch was stylish, customizable, durable, comfortable, and waterproof. I wear it every single day, and without a doubt, it's the best smartwatch on the market in 2025.
By far, Spade & Co’s Health Smartwatch 4 is the overall best smartwatch on the market.

The Apple Watch Series 10 needs no introduction, but it has still been making waves on TikTok. It offers the most applications of any watch on this list and its $400 price falls between the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 and the Fitbit Sense 2.
As for battery life, it can be extended up to 36 hours in low-power mode. Still, it’s not great—but it’s workable. I can take it on an overnight camping trip without issue, but if I stay an extra night, it’s dead… even in low-power mode.
The price is quite high for something that offers similar benefits to Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 . That said, if you need the most powerful smartwatch on the market and don’t mind charging it daily, the Apple Watch Series 10 is a solid choice.

The Fitbit Sense 2 has its diehard fans on TikTok, but nothing about the watch really wowed me—though, to be fair, nothing turned me off either. The 6-day battery life is decent, but not as impressive as Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 .
One major downside is that Fitbit requires a $9.99 monthly subscription to access all your data, whereas Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 offers full access with no subscription fees. The $250 price tag is reasonable, but honestly, I couldn’t find a compelling reason why this would be the best choice for anyone.
Ease of Use: 80%
Battery LIfe: 50%

TikTok outdoorsmen have been raving about the Samsung Galaxy Watch7’s hiking and GPS capabilities, which are impressive. However, several drawbacks made this watch less appealing to me personally. For starters, it’s large and thick, making it uncomfortable to wear—especially on my slimmer wrist, where it looked a bit ridiculous. The touchscreen wasn’t always as responsive as I’d like, and the included sport band felt flimsy. Battery life was also a letdown. It lasted only 1–2 days, and with GPS enabled, it didn’t even make it through a full day. Considering the price, these downsides made it hard to justify giving it a higher rating than aB, even with its advanced GPS features. Setup wasn’t as easy as Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 , but if you’re a Samsung fan, it’s still worth considering.

The Garmin fanbase has been hyping this one up on TikTok, so it had to make the list. The Garmin Fēnix 8 Series is undeniably stylish, offers decent battery life (10 days), and comes with a variety of well-designed native applications. However, it has some notable drawbacks. It lacks many third-party apps, has no LTE support, and is the most expensive watch on this list, costing over $1,000.
If you’re a Garmin loyalist, need the best GPS possible, or simply love its design, this watch might be a great fit. Otherwise, there are better options, such as Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4.
With so many amazing smartwatches trending on TikTok, I wanted to take a moment to share why I chose Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 as my number one pick. I’ve already talked about its unbeatable price, incredible battery life, and awesome features, but let me tell you how this watch helped me create a killer morning routine that changed my life.
Most people hit snooze in the morning—but my Health Smartwatch 4 has completely transformed how I start my day.
Instead of groggily reaching for my phone, I check my watch first thing. It gives me a full breakdown of my sleep—light, deep, and REM—so I know exactly how well I rested. Then, I kick off my morning meditation with the built-in breathing app, keeping my heart rate in check before the day even begins.
Once I’m up and moving, my watch tracks my entire morning jog while letting me stay connected—I can take calls hands-free and check messages without skipping a step. After my run, I hop in the shower, still wearing my watch (because, yeah, it’s waterproof). A quick check of my stress levels and a glance at the weather, and I’m ready to take on whatever the day throws at me.
The best part? I get to do it all over again tomorrow—without worrying about charging my watch. Luckily, I found this link to get Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 for 50% off!
Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 is compatible with any Android device (Android 6 and up) as well as any iPhone (iOS 9 and up). So if your smartphone is 8 years old or less, it will be compatible.
Spade & Co's Health Smartwatch 4 tracks my steps, calories burned, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep with the same accuracy as other top-rated smartwatches.
I use this data to make real lifestyle changes, and it has been incredibly effective. For example, the calorie tracker recommends that I burn around 700 activity calories per day. Ever since I started adjusting my diet based on my daily calorie burn, I’ve never felt healthier.
I was able to get the battery to last over two weeks while tracking my steps, calories, heart rate, and sleep. When using more advanced features—like the wrist calling function—the battery drained a bit faster. Even then, I still got over 10 days of battery life, which far surpasses any rival product.
I’m the least tech-savvy person I know, but setting it up was incredibly easy. I just opened the box, turned it on, downloaded the app, and boom—within minutes, it was ready to go! The interface and apps were also super intuitive, so I didn’t even need to read the instruction manual.
I was officially converted into a Health Smartwatch 4 believer, and I hope you will, too!
