At Spade & Co, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our product to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Once an order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3-5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 10-15 business days for the United States and 15-30 business days internationally. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.
Please be aware: All FREE Gifts from our store will not fall under the standard shipping times and may take 30 days or longer to receive your gift.
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out (within 24 hours), we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To submit a request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. We will just ask to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT refund any items.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, Spade & Co will cover any related cost.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
