In order to connect your new Health Smartwatch 2 to your phone, follow the steps below:

1. Download the GloryFit App (Android | iOS)
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
3. Open GloryFit App
4. Go to “Device”
5. Tap “Add a New Device”
6. Tap “Select Device”
7. Wait for the Health Smartwatch 2 to be discovered (ID-235B)
8. Connect to the Health Smartwatch 2
9. Accept Pairing request (Choose “Pair”)

To set up the time on your Health Smartwatch 2, you only need to sync the watch with your phone. Once the watch is synced, the time will automatically update on the watch.

In order to change the watch face or set up a photo as a custom watch face, you can follow the steps below:

1. Open the GloryFit App (Android | iOS)
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Dashboard”
4. To select a default watch face: select a watch face under “Dial Center”
5. Tap “Synchronous Dial”
6. Wait for the watch to finish synchronizing
7. To select a custom watch face: Go to Custom Dial. Tap on the photo displayed.
8. Tap on the photo icon under “Background Setting”.
9. Select either “Camera” or “From the Album”. Select your preferred photo
10. Adjust how the photo will be displayed on the watch. Tap “Yes”. Tap Sync.
11. Tap “Synchronous Dial”
12. Wait for the watch to finish synchronizing

To adjust the settings for the heart rate on the Health Smartwatch 2, you can follow below steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Heart Rate Settings”
4. Set “Automatic” to ON

To adjust the temperature settings on your Health Smartwatch 2, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Body Temperature Settings”
4. Turn ON “Automatic Setting” - this feature will set your watch to detect your temperature at set times
5. With “Automatic Setting” ON, set the “Time Period” when you would like the watch to check your temperature
6. With “Automatic Setting” ON, set the “Cycle” to how often you would like the watch to check your temperature
7. Turn ON “Temperature Warning” to set the watch to alarm you if your temperature goes over a set temperature
8. Under “Temperature Warning”, you can set the maximum body temperature before the watch warns you.
9. Tap “Unit” to change from C or F

In order to turn on vibrate for your Health Smartwatch 2 whenever there is a call, follow these steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Phone”
4. Set the watch to vibrate when there’s an incoming call by turning on the first option
5. Set the watch to refuse the call by touching or long pressing the watch screen by turning on the second option (can not be turned on unless first option is turned on)

If you want to be notified of SMS notifications through vibrate, please follow these steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “SMS
4. Set the watch to vibrate when there’s an incoming message by turning on the first option

You can turn on/turn off notifications for other apps on the Smartwatch using the following steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “App”
4. Turn on notifications for the apps you want to receive notifications in your watch

To set-up the stand-up reminder for your Health Smartwatch 2, follow the steps below:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Sedentary Reminder”
4. Turn ON the Stand Up
5. Reminder using the first option. You can also set to how long before the watch will remind you to stand up (up to a max of 180 minutes)
6. Set the “Start Time” when you want the watch to start tracking your sit-down hours
7. Set the “End” when you want the watch to start tracking your sit-down hours
8. Set the “Undisturbed Time” when you want the watch to stop tracking your sit-down hours

To set-up alarms for your Health Smartwatch 2, follow the steps below:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Alarm”
4. You can set up to 3 alarms and set the Times and Days of each alarm by tapping each alarm option
5. You can set how many times you want the watch to vibrate for each alarm
6. Turn on each Alarm by tapping the button on the right of each alarm

You can turn on the wrist function or the raise to wake function for your Health Smartwatch 2 using these steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Light Up”
4. Turn on “Raise to Wake” by tapping the button on the right

To turn on the Do Not Disturb feature on your Health Smartwatch 2, follow these steps:

1. Open GloryFit App
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Do not Disturb”
4. Enable Do Not Disturb by tapping on the button beside “Set the Time”
5. Set the Start Time and End Time for when you want the Do Not Disturb feature to be on
6. You can also turn off vibration by tapping on the button beside “Vibration Mode Off”
7. You can also turn off messages by tapping on the button beside “Message Off”

You can adjust your daily step goal with these steps:

1. Open the GloryFit App
2. Go to “Profile”
3. Tap on “Goal”
4. Set the number of steps you want for each day
5. Tap “Save”

You can change unit measurements for your Health Smartwatch 2 using these steps:

You can adjust your screen’s brightness by following these steps:

1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 2
2. From the home screen, swipe down
3. Tap on the sunlight icon
4. Adjust the screen brightness by tapping the “-” or “+” button
5. Swipe right to exit the screen brightness adjustment

To turn off your Health Smartwatch 2, follow the steps below:

1. Hold the button on the right side of the watch
2. Tap on the check button to turn off your watch
3. The watch will vibrate to notify you that it has shut down

To turn on your Health Smartwatch 2, follow the steps below:

1. Hold the button on the right side of the watch
2. The watch will vibrate to notify you that the watch has turned on

In the event when your watch gets disconnected from your phone, follow the following steps:

1. Go to your phone's settings and select Bluetooth
2. Locate "Spade HSW2" and select Forget This Device
3. Reboot your phone
4. Launch the GloryFit app and follow the binding instructions

The smartwatch uses GPS from your smartphone through bluetooth, but does not have its own internal GPS system.

To turn on activity tracking or workout tracking, simply follow these steps:

1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 2
2. From the home screen, swipe right
3. Go to “Training”
4. Scroll down or up to select the activity you want to track
5. A countdown will begin once the activity is selected
6. Swipe right to pause activity tracking
7. Tap on the play button to continue tracking
8. Tap on the stop button to stop tracking

To use the heart rate tracking on your Health Smartwatch 2, simply follow these steps:

1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 2
2. From the home screen, swipe right
3. Go to “Heart”
4. Make sure the watch is firmly placed on your wrist
5. The watch will automatically read your heart rate and display a result on screen

You can use blood pressure tracking on your Health Smartwatch 2 with these steps:

1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 2
2. From the home screen, swipe right
3. Go to “Bp”
4. Make sure the watch is firmly placed on your wrist
5. The watch will automatically read your blood pressure and display a result on screen

To use the blood oxygen feature, simply follow the steps below:

1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 2
2. From the home screen, swipe right
3. Go to “Blood Oxygen”
4. Make sure the watch is firmly placed on your wrist
5. The watch will automatically read your blood oxygen and display a result on screen

In order to sync your 2020 Spade & Co Smartwatch, you will need to download the VeryFitPro app on your smartphone. Download VeryFitPro for Android or Download VeryFitPro for iOS
Note: This app is not compatible with the 2019 Spade & Co Smartwatch.

Once you download the VeryFitPro app on your Android device or iPhone, just launch it and follow the instructions. Select “ID205” from your list of Bluetooth devices to pair your device.

Every once in a while, your watch will receive a firmware upgrade. We recommend upgrading to the latest version. In VeryFitPro, just go to Device. If a firmware update is available, you will see a red dot next to Firmware upgrade
In oder to update your watch, simply tap on Firmware upgrade and follow the instructions.

In the event when your watch gets disconnected from your phone, follow the following steps:

• Go to your phone's settings and select Bluetooth.
• Locate "ID205" and select Forget This Device.
• Reboot your phone.
• Launch the VeryFitPro app and follow the binding instructions.

The watch will work with any product using iOS 8.0 or above, including the iPad.

If you don't receive notifications on your smartwatch, please watch these getting started videos. If you did not previously allow the VeryFitPro app to access to notifications, you will need to go to your phone's Settings. If you are not sure, you may want to unbind the watch, delete the app, reinstall it and follow the onboarding instructions as shown in the video.

The smartwatch does not need a sim card. It connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth.

Once you connect your smartwatch with VeryFitPro, the time on your smartwatch will automatically syncs with the time on your smartphone. So you have nothing else to do!

In VeryFitPro, go to Device > More > Step length. From there you can edit your walk and run step length. Make sure to save by tapping on the icon on the top right corner. The smartwatch will use that information in order to calculate the distance.

On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > VeryfitPro. Under Options and next to "Show Previews", make sure "Always" is selected. Repeat the same steps for the app Messages and the app Phone.

In order to connect your 2019 Spade & Co Smartwatch to your smartphone, you will need to download the Da Fit on your phone.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your smartphone. Launch the Da Fit app on your smartphone. Tap on the watch icon and select your smartwatch to connect it. It typically appears as "SN60-Plus". Tap on the name to connect your watch to your phone. There is no password needed. You will see "Connected" on top of the screen, along with the battery level of your smartwatch. The time, steps, heart rate, etc. will automatically sync.

In order to navigate the menu, simply tap on the front facing bottom at the bottom of the screen. A small tap takes you to the next menu item. A long tap takes you inside this feature. For example, a long tap on the messages menu will show you your text messages.

By default, your watch tracks your activity such as steps you take and estimate distance based on the personal information you enter such as step length. You can also track specific sports: Walking, Running, Cycling, Skipping (Jumping Rope), Badminton, Basketball, Football (Soccer).
In order to track your training, long press on Training on your watch. Quick tap to switch among sports and long press to validate.
Note: The default screen shows burned calories (flame icon), heart rate (heart icon) and steps (step icon).

In order to track your heart rate, long press on Measure HR on your watch. You can release your finger as soon as you see “loading...” along with a small vibration. Your BPM will show after a few seconds. Your heart rate data will automatically sync with your Da Fit app on your smartphone.
You can also monitor your heart rate throughout the day. To do so, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then turn on Full-day Heart Rate. A new section called “Full-day Heart Rate” will appear in Today’s screen of the app.

In order to track your sleep, simply wear your watch at night. Your sleep data will show on your watch as well as on your Da Fit app on your smartphone.
Note: the sleep tracking is only enabled during the night.

To change the language, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then Language. You can select among English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and others.

To switch between metric and imperial unit formats, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then Unit format. You can then switch between metric and imperial.

To turn off your watch, long press while in the main screen (where you see the time). You will see a battery level along with the OS version and other information. From that screen, long press one more time. You will see 3 options: Power Off, Reset and Cancel. Long press on Power Off.

To turn your smartwatch ON, simply long press the home button at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds. If the screen does not turn on after a few seconds while pressing, charge your watch using the USB charger provided.

To reset your watch and go back to default settings, long press while in the main screen (where you see the time). You will see a battery level along with the OS version and other information. From that screen, long press one more time. You will see 3 options: Power Off, Reset and Cancel. Long press on Power Off. Quick tap to select Reset then long press to apply.
Note: Resetting your watch will delete all your data on it and will disconnect it from your smartphone.

To display the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then Time Formats. You can then switch between 12-hour Time and 24-Hour Time.

To switch between Fahrenheit or Celsius, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then Temperature format under Weather. You can then switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

You can choose among a digital watch face (by default), an analog watch face or a custom watch face with your own photo. To change your watch face, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon and select Watch Faces. Simply select the watch face you want and your watch face will automatically update.
To customize your watch face with your own photo, select the top option in the Watch Faces screen, then tap on Edit. Tap on Select picture to pick a photo from your native photo app. You will have the option to move or crop your photo. Select the text color you want, as well as what data you would like to display. You can choose among Date, Sleep, Heart Rate and Steps.
Note: You can only select among these 3 watch faces. If you would like to show a specific style, we recommend using the custom option and selecting a photo of your choice.

You can set up to top 3 alarms on your watch. To set an alarm, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon and select Alarms. Tap on any alarm to change the time, then Save. You can choose to repeat the alarm on specific days by selecting among the days of the week under Repeat.

To enable weather on your watch, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then turn on Weather. Make sure to grant the app access to your location.
To select the location to display the weather information, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon, select Others, then Location under Weather. Type the name of the location you would like to see weather information on your watch. You can also search by zip code.

You can read your messages (SMS, etc.) from your watch. Just long press on Messages, then quick tap to navigate among messages.
Note: Your watch will display the last couple of text messages. New incoming messages will replace older ones.

In addition to incoming messages, your watch can notify you every time you receive a phone call, and other notifications on your smartphone such as iMessage, Whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, etc.
To control which notification to receive on your watch, open the Da Fit app on your smartphone, tap on the watch icon and select Notifications. You can then turn on or turn off notifications from specific apps.
